Returns & Refunds
We have a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you're not entirely happy with our products you can contact us within 60 days and we'll make things right for you.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
